Amsterdam, The Netherlands — AWA Alexander Watson Associates is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the AWA Global Release Liner Summit 2026, which featured a charity auction benefiting Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) / Doctors Without Borders. The auction raised €8,500, demonstrating the release liner industry’s strong commitment to social responsibility. 

The auction centered around “Bonsai da Vida” (Bonsai of Life), an original multilayer artwork created by Brazilian artist Carlos Daniel Bezerra Lauzid. The piece was generously donated by Polpel, Latin America’s leading recycler of release liner materials, as part of their continued support for global humanitarian efforts and the broader industry community.

The winning bid was placed by Calvin Frost, Chairman of Channeled Resources Group and longstanding industry leader. His contribution reflects the collaborative spirit and generosity of participants gathered at the Summit.
